thehandydandystore.com is operated by Astha Sethi (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products

We sell women’s clothing in sizes S to 15XL. We make every effort to display product colours, patterns, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please review the size chart and product details before ordering, as choosing the correct size is the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices and availability may change without notice. All items are subject to availability, and we may limit or cancel quantities.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel an order after it has been placed — for example, if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept prepaid online payments only, processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets). We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

8. Returns

Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short, we do not accept returns or exchanges except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, text, and the store name and logo — belongs to The Handy Dandy Store and may not be copied or used without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi.
