After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7-9 business days, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates, not guarantees.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by factors beyond our control — such as courier delays, weather, festivals, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience and will help however we can.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
